Nick started his career in commercial real estate in 2017 after graduating from Farmingdale State College with a bachelor’s in business management. Since then, he has helped clients sell over 20 properties in the two and a half years of being in the industry. His drive and determination have set him up for success and he continues to grow and dominate the commercial real estate business. Nick takes tremendous pride in making sure every deal runs smooth and efficient for all parties involved and, in the process, has created long lasting relationships with both sellers and buyers.

Lorraine grew up in New York and comes from an athletic European family. She has had the unique privilege and opportunity to travel across the grand USA as well as Europe and Israel. Lorraine has worked in Real-estate on the west coast for the past 3 years. This allowed Lorraine to establish great relationships with buyers from all different states.

Mary graduated with her BA in English in 2020. Her people-pleasing attitude, enthusiasm and
strong eye for detail led her to pave her path of glory in the real estate business. With 7 years of
sales and marketing experience and growing up in a large family of entrepreneurs, she felt
inspired to change the world one business deal at a time. The main reason I chose Commercial
Real Estate is because I like a no-nonsense business transaction. Commercial investors and
sellers get right to the point like me.

After a rewarding career in film and television in New York, Molly DePietro transitioned to a career in commercial real estate. Molly has built her reputation on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, and a high-quality network. As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Molly leveraged her drive to succeed by joining Cross Commercial Commercial Realty. By aligning herself with an industry leader, she has access to top tier resources to service both sellers and investors in all their commercial real estate needs.

Molly is a native of Manhasset, NY. She has a vast background in fundraising for charitable organizations, which enabled her to form a tremendous amount of very important high-level connections. She served as President of the Board of Directors of The Tower Foundation of Manhasset, as well as fundraising boards for the Nassau County Museum of Art, The Interfaith Nutrition Network, Good Counsel Homes and The Junior League of Long Island, among others.

Rosemarie McCarthy

Rosemarie McCarthy

Rosemarie McCarthy started her career as a paralegal in a general practice law firm. There she learned the art of negotiation, legal research and preparing legal documents and business contracts. Rosemarie’s love of law and business led her to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Saint Joseph’s College in Patchogue. Rosemarie would spend the next 10 years working for a large pharmaceutical company as a coordinator for the sales and compliance departments. The downsizing of that company created an opportunity for a new beginning for Rosemarie. Her work experience and her passion for business and the law allowed her to make the smooth transition into commercial real estate, a perfect Match for her skills and talents.

Outside of real estate, Rosemarie takes pride in giving back to the community. She is the founder of a nonprofit organization that’s mission is to empower disadvantaged adults and families by providing prevention and wellness education with access to healthy food in a socially engaging environment that builds healthier lives.
